Six Lake County community leaders will step out of their comfort zones this summer to raise money for Lake County Schools teachers and students at the 15th Annual Stepping Out for Education, Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24.
The three females and three male local celebrities will Fox Trot, Rumba, ChaCha, Swing and Tango during two full performances at this iconic fundraiser for the Education Foundation of Lake County, in a new format and at a new venue: The Clermont Performing Arts Center, located at 3700 US 27.
This year’s celebrity dancers are:
- Dr. Emily Feltner, Assistant Superintendent, Lake County Schools
- Dina Simpson, Renew Day Spa
- Tyler Borowski, Deputy Tax Collector
- Jerome Brouhard, Manager/Sommelier, Maggie’s Attic
- Mayor Tim Murry, City of Clermont
Tickets are $125 each and are expected to sell fast. They can be purchased at https://steppingout2021.eventbrite.com.
The evening will begin with hot hors d’oeuvres catered by Lake County Schools Culinary departments in the Center lobby. A champagne and dessert reception, sponsored by Kevco Builders, will be offered during intermission.
