Scott Strong Golf Tournament Corey Gibbs Steve Strong

The community is invited to participate in an annual golf tournament dedicated to raising money to help Lake County Schools’ students achieve their career dreams.

The Scott A. Strong Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, October 7, at Harbor Hills Country Club, 6538 Lake Griffin Road, Lady Lake. 

Named in memory of former Lake County School Board member Scott Strong, the tournament raises money for the Scott Strong Memorial Scholarship fund which has helped 137 local students go to college or vocational school. Additionally, the golf tournament funds essential educational programs such as teacher recognition and grants for innovative teaching practices.
