Calling All Aspiring Artists:
Do you think you have what it takes to create the Educational Foundation of Lake County’s next logo? In honor of our 30th anniversary, we want to create a new logo to last us for years to come! How can you help? We’ll be holding a logo design contest for all of Lake County’s students to get involved. Simply submit a logo design and idea to edfoundation@lake.k12.fl.us by February 28th, 2018. The logo selected will receive $500 for the school art’s program and an art class pizza party!
To be considered you must:
- Be a current Lake County schools student
- Incorporate education/students/teachers/learning/technology into the design
- Submit a digital copy. Preferably a png, but jpeg and other files will be accepted to edfoundation@lake.k12.fl.us
- One submission per student
- KEEP AND SUBMIT ALL ORIGINAL FILES TO BE CONSIDERED
What are we looking for?
- Main colors to be blue, yellow, and red. All or one can be used.
- A horizontal, vertical, type, and black and white variation of the logo.
- Unique design that reflects the foundation’s mission:
“Our mission is to serve as the connection between our community and public education, evaluating needs and securing resources to enhance the quality of education.”
No photographs, scanned sketches, or paintings will be accepted as submissions.
