The foundation received a $1,500 grant from the Enterprise Holdings Foundation, a philanthropic arm of Enterprise Holdings. Through its regional subsidiaries, operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

The Educational Foundation of Lake County operates for the benefit of students and teachers in Lake County Public Schools. The foundation’s programs include: Red for Ed, Back to School Backpack Fairs, Take Stock In Children, Unlocked, Apple-Mart, and Find it Fund it. The foundation holds fundraisers that include: Renaissance Faire, Golf Tournament, Ladies Fore Education, and Duck Race.

The Educational Foundation is a non-for-profit organization that is the direct support organization for Lake County Public Schools. Our mission is to serve as the connection between our community and public education, evaluating needs and securing resources to enhance the quality of education.
